Barbecue Baby Back Ribs
Feeds: up to 12 people
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 2 hours
This recipe keeps the meat moist and juicy, and it just falls off the bone and melts in your mouth!
Barbecue Baby Back Ribs Ingredients
- 4-5 racks of ribs
- 1/4 cup black pepper corns
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 large onion
- 5 whole cloves
- your favorite dry rub
- your favorite BBQ sauce
Directions
- Put ribs in a large, deep, rectangle pan.
- Add black pepper corn, minced garlic, bay leaves, onion, and cloves.
- Fill pan with water, just below the top of the pan.
- Place pan on your stove top (using two burners if necessary) and boil.
- Continue to boil until meat shrinks 1/4″ on the bone (about 1.5 hours)
- Remove ribs from pan and place on a cookie sheet.
- Take your dry rub and rub it down the ribs on both sides.
- Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add your BBQ sauce with a brush to both sides.
- Place on your BBQ grill until hot and sauce is nicely glazed.
