Stir Fry Fillet


Stir Fry Fillet Ingredients

  • 10 oz Fillet cut thinly – Julian
  • 1/4 c Red bell peppers
  • 1/4 c Onion
  • 1/4c carrots cut on bias (1/8″ thick)
  • 1/4 c celery cut on bias (1/8″ thick)
  • 1/2 c Boch Choy cut on bias (1/8″ thick)
  • 1/4 c yellow bell pepper – Julian
  • 1/4c green onion cut on bias
  • 1/4c bean sprouts
  • 1tbls chopped garlic
  • 1/4c oyster or Teriyaki sauce
  • 2tbls peanut oil
  • 4c portion white rice

Directions

  1. Sauté the fillet meat in peanut oil until cooked.
  2. Add all vegetables, leaving the bean sprouts for last.
  3. Add oyster sauce over top. Then flip so sauce covers everything.
  4. Add bean sprouts. Cook for 30 seconds. Plate to serve with rice.

Note: Vegetarians and Vegans can substitute chicken or tofu into recipe for fillet.
