One of Godfrey’s quick and easy meals, the stir fry fillet is a perfect meal if you don’t have a lot of time and want something delicious that the whole family can enjoy.

Did you know that antioxidants can help you slow down aging. This stir fry fillet is rich in beneficial nutrition and antioxidants. Beef is an example of a “bad food” that has different cuts. Some are more healthy than others. A lean cut of beef has less marbling inside the meat. The protein and the iron are beneficial to the human body, and beef is an excellent source of both iron and protein.

Adding boc choy, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, carrots, and snow peas into a bowl makes for a delightful vegetable dish. The wok should be hot when the vegetables and beef are introduced. The beef comes first, should be strained, and then the vegetables are added to add a nice array of flavor and color to the meal. Garlic is added along with the green onions. Teriyaki sauce is applied liberally and finally the bean sprouts are added to finish off the stir fry fillet, one of Chef Godfrey’s favorite easy and quick meal.

With only 4 grams of fat and 480 calories this dish is going to fill you up! If you watch the video, you will see a secret that shows how berries, coated in sugar can be much less healthy than you think.
